Saved public issuer wording and any captured linked terms, including versions for ended offers. All times use UTC.

Start is inclusive. Superseded is exclusive. Live capture dates record detected changes. Imported Git dates record commits. Neither proves when issuer terms took effect. Current means the latest saved version, not an active offer.

Unchanged captures do not create new rows. Last successful capture is the latest successful capture for the offer, including unchanged captures. Failed captures leave the last saved evidence in place.

History contains saved source text. Imported Git versions identify their original format and recorded dates. Old captures may have gaps or incomplete linked terms. Raw HTML is not stored in this database.
