Important information

The Citi consumer business transferred ownership to National Australia Bank (NAB) on 1 June 2022.

On 24 November 2025, Citi branded Credit Cards and Citi Ready Credit accounts moved to MyCard.

The MyCard App is now available to download from the App Store and Google Play, and you can log in to MyCard Online from the MyCard website.

When you first log in, click ‘Get ready in 2 secure steps’ and follow the steps provided.
